All ticket deliveries are made via express courier. A signature is required on all ticket deliveries. Ticket deliveries must be made to the address indicated on the express package. There can be no re-direct on a ticket delivery from TicketsQuick.com without prior faxed authorization (see below)

Tickets are shipped to the current billing address on file at your credit card company. Billing addresses are verified on all purchases. If the billing address submitted during the order process does not match the billing address on file with your credit card company, your order will be delayed. An exact billing address is essential to assure your transaction flows smoothly.

Tickets may be shipped to an address other than the billing address on file with your credit card company. However, TicketsQuick.com will require faxed authorization from you. This will include a legible copy of the front & back of your credit card, as well as a legible copy of your driver's license. You will be provided with a standard Ticket Shipping Authorization form, which incorporates all of the necessary information. Once you have signed this form and copied the appropriate documents, please fax it back to TicketsQuick.com so that your order may be shipped.
